Can’t cancel subscription
I can’t cancel my subscription. It literally gives no option to, not even a email I can send to cancel said subscription just feedback or questions. }:( Only thing is that some of the dramas are good.
Bad experience
The dramas were decent - and one was the best I've seen yet - but the user experience is awful: charged twice for one week subscription; after a few days, all I have access to are videos about games (in Japanese); the in-app customer service is non-existent.

This app does not give you any options to earn coins but a daily check in and send it to your friends. I did not receive the coins for friend referral’s. It wants you to buy a pack of coins for $19.99 to watch past what they give you free to get you hooked on a show. Do not recommend.
