I work a lot of hours and a lot of straight days so I don’t have much time on my hands for cleaning or less to figure out who can clean my apartment for me but working with Rushmaid was simple and the most efficient for my time in my day. I think we all know time is money and I hate companies who miss appointments or even worse show up late!! I can honestly say I’ve used them over 10 times and not once have they failed me. Expensive/they don’t respond quickly
I paid $145 for a cleaning and the cleaner broke my blinds and tried to hide it by leaving the blinds open when she left. I specifically requested a thorough cleaning of the shower and toilet and those items looked virtually untouched. My shoes were stacked on top of each other. Her hair was on the floor in the shower. Shower glass wasn’t cleaned. I can’t reach out to cleaner directly because the chat with the cleaner closes after service. Contacting anyone with the app directly proves almost impossible.
