RUTHLESS! is a crazy eights card game with a mean streak. Play, chain and survive. Every turn you choose between the safe card and the one that ruins somebody's day. RUNS Drop two or more consecutive numbers of the same colour at once: 3-4-5, or 7-6-5 going down. The last card rules, so a well-built run changes the colour, lands a penalty and empties half your hand in a single turn. COLD BLOOD One token per match that cancels the penalty coming at you... and arms your revenge: your next penalty counts double. Spending it early is comfortable. Spending it late wins games. DOUBLE! Double the XP at stake when you feel it going your way. Your rivals can fold before it lands on them. LAST CARD! One card left: call it, or don't get caught. If they catch you, you draw.
