Ruum Provider is the companion app for cleaning businesses operating on the Ruum marketplace. Apply once, then receive booking offers, manage your team, document your work, and get paid — all from your phone. Ruum is launching in Union County, New Jersey. We work with a small, vetted group of cleaning businesses who care about doing right by their customers and their crews. WHAT YOU CAN DO · Receive booking offers and accept or decline with one tap · Navigate to the job, mark you’re on the way, and document the before-and-after with photos · Work through the standard service checklist for every job · Get paid weekly via Stripe Connect — direct to your bank · Manage your team: owners can assign jobs to employees, employees see only what’s on their schedule · Review disputes filed against your business and respond through in-app support · Track today’s earnings, weekly totals, and payout history HOW ONBOARDING WORKS 1. Account — agree to provider terms 2. Verification — upload insurance, business license, and your W-9 3. Service capacity — pick what you offer and where you operate 4. Profile & branding — write a few sentences about your business 5. Stripe Connect — connect a bank account for payouts 6. Go live — submit your application Onboarding takes about 20 minutes. Your application is reviewed by the Ruum team before booking offers turn on. WHO RUUM IS FOR Ruum Provider is for licensed and insured cleaning businesses in Union County, NJ.
