Never worked
This was one of the “big selling” points for RV purchase and security. Part of the reason I switched to iPhone was to utilize this very app, that has yet to work in the last 2 years. 🤮🤮
All around poor functionality
This app is not functioning the way it supposed to it does not connect to the wireless network properly, very frustrating when u
you just paid $600 for there product and this is the kind of worthless app you receive.

A terrible product
First of all, the image I see is both upside-down and reversed. Even after multiple calls with the company and a new camera being sent to me (which was the wrong one) this problem has not been able to be fixed. The company eventually basically told me “too bad.” I’ve tried to live with it but it is very confusing to look at.
Additionally, I cannot change the name of the WiFi signal it puts out to anything other than “RV Eye,” which I would rather not have it say as I don’t want to advertise my security measures to anyone nearby with a smart phone. Every time I try to change it, the app and WiFi signal shut down and stop working completely, and I am forced to hard reset it from the device itself.
Even if it was working correctly, the picture is surprisingly poor quality and it takes forever to turn on. If I was worried about what was going on outside and trying to load up my security camera to see, whatever was happening could very well be over by the time you connected to its WiFi and it finally loaded up.
This is an absolutely terrible product which I wasted money on and wish I’d never bought. It will be replaced as soon as I am able to spend additional money on literally anything else. Save yourself the time, money and hassle and don’t buy this camera.

Not working on iPhone 8. iOS 11.3. Spent hours troubleshooting. Tried on Android phone and it worked fine. ?????
