It never worked

I downloaded this in hopes that it was gonna be like the website only to find out that it didn’t work whatsoever. If it doesn’t work wise it available?

Why is This App Still Here?

This app claims to be free, yet when it actually connects, it says you have to pay to subscribe for it to work. There’s no privacy policy and no statement of what it will cost. It seems like this app is in violation of App Store rules, and that this company should either comply or be banned by Apple.
