Used To Be A Great App - RVLife Ruined It
Campground Reviews, which was only available on the web until 2021, used to be great. We relied totally on reviews from this site and contributed many.
Suddenly RVLife has taken over and nothing works - not the web or iOS app. From what I can see, much of the campground details I used have gone away. Too bad. It used to be good.

Used to be good
This was the go too website before the days of cell phones. It was a simple site to use. When they updated to a new version it is almost impossible to use. I have no problems with change but this current version is not user friendly. have since deleted this app. Go back to the older version and you will have a winner again.

RV Park Review
Very, very slow. Easier to use the w.ebsite.
Man have they screwed this up. The app is now worthless and no functional. The website is now no better, at least on the old iPad. The site works in Firefox on the computer.

Great information
This is one of the only apps that I trust to give you good information. I firmly believe that is because the reviews are from fellow RV’ers that provide unbiased reviews based on personal experience. I like the format of this app vs. the RV Life version.
Terrible App/Bad Reviews Censored
This app was decent a couple of years ago. Now slow, many features don’t work (map, search function). They censor your review so that it does not reflect bad parks, or the people working at them. Used to be fairly accurate, now not at all. I never get an app update on this and it sure needs many to even make it usable. Plus you’ll get a lot of spam. When you comment or ask questions on their site, they argue with you. I have moved to using other apps instead of this one.

Hate the new app
Even honest reviews are highly censored
Went back and forth with them over comments I made in reviews that did not put the area/city around the campground in a good light, but which were honest and would have helped others make a more informed decision about whether or not to camp or visit there. They believe that their ‘Tips’ section should only be positive. They will not allow you to say that you ate at a restaurant and you saw disgusting things there. They will not allow you to say that you were accosted by drug dealers at the nearby park. (At least they wouldn’t allow me to say those things....your mileage may vary?)

Updated review, not better than the website
And a further update, my favorites that I had carefully culled on the app for travel next year are now gone. This is worthless.
We’ve been successfully using the app since it was introduced. Not perfect, but it still was great. Suddenly, the map function that was really the best thing about it is gone. If I have to go back to using a map alongside the website, I’ll be very unhappy.

Where’s the map?
Loved this app until the map function disappeared. Is it big that needs to be fixed? If so, please fix it.

Bad change to this app
We used to use this app to locate a park while we went down the road. The app is changed and no longer knows where I am, so it now asks me where I want to look. I can’t use this app anymore. I will dump it after I finish writing this review.
RV park reviews
This last update is awful. Whatever happened to the map we used to see? We love picking RV parks based on certain areas and now we cannot. Time to look for another way of getting reviews.

Doesn't fit screen
Features not working. Edit screens don't fit the display. Worthless for now. Inaccurate data and can't submit concerns on reviews that are obviously for some other campground. Not user friendly.

Clunky and Censored
I’ve been using RVParkReviews for almost 10 years- writing reviews online. Have been very generous with my time sharing details and info. I really wanted this app to work, but unfortunately it doesn’t cut the mustard.
First, the interface is so slow it’s basically unusable. Even with a blazing fast 4G connection (which more times than not, you don’t have on the road), there’s too much info to efficiently populate the maps.
Second, I’ve had two reviews censored. Like I said above, I’ve been writing reviews for a while, and I’ve always presented an unbiased, factual review. In two instances, I included information that did not put the campground in a good light. It was not rude or inflammatory, just matter-of-fact. RVParkReviews decided not to publish it.
I’ll be using google maps from now on. Reliable, fast, plenty of uncensored information.

Soooooo slow!
This would be a great app if it wasn't so slow! For example, I was searching for campgrounds in Palm Harbor, FL. Everything loaded fine. I minimized the app (minimized not closed). When I went back to it, the page was no longer populated and I had to redo my search. NOTHING HAPPENED! Not even a sign that it was trying to load. This happens repeatedly with this app. It's awful!

Clunky
Extremely slow. So slow, it's hard to tell if it's working or not. More often than not, it's not working. There is no indication as to whether the problem is the software working or wireless speed. It is useful when it does work.
Only Positive Reviews are Posted
This app seemed like a great idea. I became suspicious after seeing only glowing reviews of every RV park, including a couple places we stayed that were downright awful. You have to "sign up to become a member" before you can submit an RV park review, and their guidelines make it clear they will edit everything you write. I ended up deleting the app.

Scenic hills rv park, Millersburg, Ohio
This RV park is wonderfully located in the heart of Amish country. Spacious lots, gravel and grass, picnic tables, fire rings, and best of all they furnish wood for you which is unheard of anywhere we have been. The only thing is it sure could use some more trees in the middle section, very barren! They have a small laundry facility, but they sure could use a bath house, when you have friends over it would be very handy.
This park is really just outside of Berlin, right in the heart of everything.

It's unfortunate
It's unfortunate that this app doesn't work better. There are a lot of great features for finding sites and saving them reviews are great but more often than not the app is so slow I can't stand it home and up using other Internet application and other apps. Often times all of my settings for searching never get saved and I find the app more frustrating than useful
