I would like to give this app a higher review but I have a cat that has seizures. The app is centered around dogs I can’t even select feline or a feline breed. I would also like to be able to track bowel movements and other behaviors such as sedation level, medication side affects and eating. The cat idea is solid, I want more.

Was working - now not
The app shows no connection - after update. With a dog that seizes every 3-4 days ATM, it is inconvenient.
Log in Problems
I have used this application to track my dog’s seizures and his medication. I tried to change my password after not being able to remember the correct one. Each time I push the button that says “Forgotten my password” it just spins and does nothing. I’ve looked all over the web site for support but can’t find any contact. All my data is trapped in this App and I can’t retrieve it. Poorly designed App.

Not reliable
I loved this app initially, the concept is great and it has a lot of functionality. Now I can’t access my data as the “reset password” function does not work. I advice you to back up your data if you are using this app

I was all of a sudden logged out of my account and when I attempt to log back in, it says my details are not recognized. I’ve tried resetting my password but the screen just freezes and it never sends me an email to reset my password. I’ve diligently used this app for the past 3 years (it’s been incredibly helpful and useful) and will be devastated if I cannot retrieve any of my data! Please help me!

Funktioniert leider schon wieder nicht mehr
Man hat ja vorher schon öfter die Anzeige Internet unavailable bekommen, aber seit iOS 26 geht gar nichts mehr. Echt schade für eine medizinische App!

An sich guter Aufbau. Aber schade, dass die App bei einem Apple Update nicht mehr funktioniert. Hatte ich jetzt schon das dritte Mal, dass ich sie deinstallieren musste, dann einige Zeit warten. Und dann wieder neu herunterladen.

Was wonderful. Lost all my valuable data
This has been my record keeper for YEARS! I have lost 4.5 years of data and my seizure tracking because the app will no longer open. It just sits there and thinks about it and does nothing. I have tried to get support, but I cannot even seem to connect for that. Previously this was a wonderful app and it had recently been updated to make it even better. I am hoping this might be resolved in time and my data will be recovered!

Unreliable. Glad I didn’t lose years of data like other users.
Used it for 3 days before I refused to load up. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Now I can’t log in or reset my password. I just sit there looking a spinning wheel.
Needs WiFi
Have to be on wifi for app to open. Will not open on my cell service even with full signal. Please fix this and I’d give 5 stars.

Gute App
Leider gemischt Englisch/Deutsch. Bitte komplett Deutsch. Ich führe noch ein Papiertagebuch, nachdem ich gelesen habe das man mal an seine Daten nicht ran kommt.

Will there be a new update of the app?i have been using this app for over 4 years. since the latest os update the app no longer works. It has been so useful for tracking and understanding my dog’s episodes.
App not loading ever
You can’t get into the app without being on WiFi so if your dog unfortunately has a seizure outside where you don’t have WiFi good luck tracking it. Also it’s been 4 days since i have been actually able to get into the app. All my seizure logs are gone and unfortunately can’t show my vet. Better apps are out there!!!

App has been great on tracking my dogs fits. It’s suddenly stopped working and we’ve lost access to data
Just stops working
I’ve been using this to track my dogs seizures. Today it has just stopped working, spins endlessly and I can’t access or update anything. It was really useful shame no one seems to maintain it anymore
Not working with iOS 18
The app stopped working with the 18 upgrade. Not sure who to contact to see if they plan on correcting. Unfortunately I’ve lost all my data at this point.
