This is the worst app ever. Could you please fix this 500 error code?
Not working need fix asap
I’ve been using this app for two years now never really had a problem with it but now it’s a whole issue. I get on the app to check my cameras and log me out when I log back in not letting me it keeps saying error 505 or 500 try resetting my password tried changing it. I tried different apps and it all keeps giving me 500 or 505. Errors need fix asap

Ao conectar ao app com o meu login, encontro o DVR online. Contudo as imagens não permanecem e solicitam o login novamente.

Apresentando erro após o login
Após realizar o login e tentar acessar as câmeras o app apresenta um erro e volta para tela de login apenas nesta versão para iOS. Solicito correção.

Can not check anything at all. It keeps logging out by itself. Try to delete & reinstall, didn’t work either.

Normally we just open the app and see the recording, but now i have to log in and after log in, it can only be accessed for few seconds before it logged out again. Please fix this!!

After a day of being installed … now it’s says off line and there on line can’t sign into app and when I do it checks other family members out … app doesn’t work and doesn’t connect anymore

After updating new patch, apk become slow respond, user need to do refresh to make the video show up. Please fixed
