Hard to navigate
I’ve been trying to add a profile and a pharmacy for an hour and I’m getting nowhere. This app is a mess. It keeps closing and spinning. Created to make things easier but too much hassle.
Worst app ever
This is the worst app I have ever used. The only pharmacy I can pic is on 9 hours away in Pennsylvania. I live in MO. I had to delete the app then download and create a new profile because it would not send me a link to change my password. Fix the app or I am switching to a different pharmacy.
Meds info lost
Just as the other person stated the website has crashed and I have been in contact with my pharmacist and they are aware and had others come with concerns. I’m in Martin county Florida and thankfully I have a great pharmacy and they are trying to get answers for us, but for now I still can’t get the app for my pharmacy. It is giving pharmacy’s out of Florida and I’m very disappointed to have this happen since I relied on the app to order my meds, keeping me on tracking so I don’t have to write down the meds, dates to refill and the refill number. Please to get information to us or the pharmacy’s so we can no how to deal with this in the upcoming months. January 9,2025

The app crashed so I deleted it now the app won’t change location. I live in Hillsboro Mo. NOT PENNSYLVANIA!!!
Not Your Local Pharmacy
This is not the app for your local pharmacy. It’s made to look very very similar but is not.
App has crashed
Went to the app to order my refills and the app has crashed taking all my information with it. It is set to a PA location and won’t let me change. I’ve even tried deleting the app and nothing is changing.
Terrible app
I had my pharmacist add this app to my phone so I could order refills easier. I live in ALABAMA and the app set my pharmacy as somewhere in Pennsylvania and I can not change it. So basically this app is useless.
