A useless program, a useless company. Low pay, difficult routes, and extremely strict rules—for instance, you must return to the hub late at night just to return medications that you couldn't deliver to a client, due to the client's not present
Great app - few error
I am open to changing my review once everything is resolved. My carrier company uses this app for our deliveries. The app is fantastic in terms of both appearance and functionality, but it still has some issues.
First, and most importantly, the app does not work correctly on Android. Even though it may look similar, the user experience is completely different. I had to switch to iPhone because of this problem. Also, when someone signs for the package, on iPhone it automatically updates, but Android doesn’t.
Second, there is no way to distinguish between an in-person signature and an online signature, which leads to communication mistakes for me when asking for a signature. I inform that it must be face-to-face when it could also be done online.
Third, it would be extremely helpful to add a visible line between stops on the map.
Fourth, it would definitely save us time if there were a shortcut to send a text message instead of manually typing the phone number every time.

Great interface to work on but not with android users at all. Maybe would update that as well as adding Waze as a gps option.

The program works exceptionally well — it offers a wide range of powerful features and is constantly being improved with regular updates. The customer service is also excellent — responsive, helpful, and always ready to assist. Highly recommended!
