Non responsive
Very hard to contact customer service. I tried using the chat option never received a response after 2 days. Then I Called the customer service phone number provided and they never answer. It gives the option to press 1 for a call back, I hit #1 and it still keeps me on the line to hold for an agent that never answers.

If you could log in
So this app worked ok to begin with, but for some reason I took it off my phone. Well when I needed it again, it just doesn't work. I couldn't log on, doesn't say a thing, just spins and brings you back login screen. The same login worked just fine on the website. I had to use the website because this piece of junk didn't work.

Crashing
I have had nothing but problems. Difficult to sign up with app crashing or shutting down very frequently. Half the time I can’t even get the app to open. I hope they fix this very soon.

Great idea that doesn’t work.
I haven’t had a great experience. Prices Are good but that’s it. I accidentally entered the wrong quantity and they just didn’t ship it. Never got a call.

This sounded like a good idea but they have a lot of issues to work out. Getting started is a headache. Directions are not clear when first signing up and trying to understand their system. Even more frustrating is when no one picks up the phone when you call. As a matter of fact it hung up on me several times because the mailbox was full. It took a week for my first prescription to arrive in the mail. The app looks nice but crashes every time I try to open “purchase history”. I want to like it but I can’t right now.

Disappointed
The first time using this app all went well. Prices were much better than any local pharmacy. Subsequent refills were billed incorrectly. Wasn't able to fill the quantity needed. Site crashed on third attempt. I give up. Going back to my local pharmacy. Not worth the trouble.

Good way to save money if you are buying medications. With this app you can get it at discount price.

So glad I found this app. No more dealing with discount drug cards just to be disappointed. My prescriptions purchased on this app are actually lower than my insurance copays!

I have searched all the medication apps and this one is by far the easiest to use, has the best customer service and best of all Is the cheapest!!! I no longer have to pay my co-pays to get the medicine I really need. Get this app if you want to save $$$
