Frustratingly Rydd shows you a few on booking but adds quite a bit on after the trip. They should just give the correct fee on booking.
Fantastic service
I love this app. It is so useful and the drivers are very friendly and they drive so safely. I find the rides very affordable and most of all so worth it.
Disappointed
My first time trying RYDD - The driver did not arrive. I called the phone number and got “the number does not exist” message

Registered in under 5 min, got a driver in 2 minutes, waited 15 minutes for them to arrive. Fantastic driver too
Useless
Seems like they don’t know when it’s a public holiday. App always says outside of operating hours when it’s not on a holiday.
Brilliant
Fantastic app. Gives you the freedom to have a few drinks after work and not have to worry about driving your car home!
Unreliable
Sometimes works, but not reliable in anything resembling a peak time, which is a pity. You inevitably end up having to use Uber and the having to fetch your car and pay for extra parking anyway, so may as well just use Uber…
Convenient if you’re in the area of operation.
But it wasn’t great. The driver drove carelessly, speeding, revving the car and some sketchy overtaking.
The pricing isn’t too bad considering the service and if you’re really in need of assistance it’s great.
It was also a bit worrying that the driver told us there’s no GPS allowed, luckily we knew where we were and I wasn’t alone. Moral of the story, good idea, doesn’t feel very safe. Especially when you are in a bit of a state after a night out.

It works out cheaper than Uber if you take into account that you’d have to Uber to your location and back again 😂

Great service
Our first time tonight a great experience. We ordered a trip from Bryanston to Kyalami. Our driver was Alastair we waited 19 min for the pick up and from there on we had an excellent chatty journey We will certainly be a regular client. Oh and we did go through a road block no issues. R190 from Bryanston to Kyalami more than reasonable.
