Last time when I drove for ryde my account gets suspended when riders rate me 1 star and I have to pay to activate my account back. Lots of cheapo riders.
Reboard process terrible
Reboard took very long, submit hitch got reject says PDVL expire, manually fixed then profile became unverified, took weeks to fix.
Move to PdVl, same issue again, just repeatedly having problems. System very unstable.
App seems to be acting weird as it starts to go online on its own n start pinging jobs.

your notification are annoying. what’s worse, clicking on them just opens the app. it doesn’t actually show what tolong is needed.

Rubbish apps fares keeps getting lower and lower. Incentives also not attractive.

Too litte job for ryde send. Some days no job. Refunded deposit but $5 still eaten by ryde. Sad.

high platform fee of $1.14/ $1.36. how much are you left with after deducting the high platform fee for low fare $7 rides? for tada, it’s $0 platform fee for fares lower than $7 and $0.6/ $0.82. takes 5 days and a $1.09 fee to cash out is really bad. bills can’t wait to be paid. $0.5 fee and instant cash out for tada. inaccurate map with pickup points by the roadside. worse, misleading straight line distance to pickup is a fkg joke. seriously?

The latest version does not have pop out alert like previous one. The previous version pop out too fast until cannot accept job
Poor road map direction & passenger booking
The road map is very confusing, always bring to wrong directions or longer roads. Also very few passengers logs.
Safest app for drivers
This is the safest app for PHV drivers. The job listing is very transparent for drivers’ selections. This app beats the major players hands down.
Company good but too many modify app which is unfair to other driver.
To many modify app allow them to have options like distance , fare price set, location they wish to go.

i am not doing ryde send , and i never did a deposit of $100 , but job keep popping out my screen .. can this be work out ? i know there is a exclude ryde send . but every time it needs to be press . even if i press exclude , when ryde send job comes in , it pops up . please advise .
