What's New in RyeDC

3.4.0

October 5, 2026

- Live Meter has a new look: a bigger map, with the fare on a card at the bottom. - The Live Meter arrow moves smoothly and draws your route as it goes. - Live Meter no longer adds distance while you're stopped. - Trips from every service are in one list, grouped by day, with this week's total at the top. - Your earnings are behind the week strip in Trips, with a PDF or Excel to share. - Fare Check is now Trip details, with a map that scrolls with the page. - Ending a trip shows the fare, with room for a tip or a toll. - Add toll or surge is now a button on the Live Meter card. - Tap Agreed price to type a price agreed in advance, and it is the fare. Trip details still shows what the meter would have charged. - Tap Quote to price a trip before it starts: type where it starts and where it goes, and see the route, distance, time and fare. - A Live Meter trip keeps running while you use other screens. - If the app closes during a trip, you can resume or end it when you come back. - The fare stays on the lock screen while a trip runs. - Trips show the suburbs they ran between. - Reports have a new look: each one shows its dates and figures before you export.
