Best Delivery App

I have never encountered a problem with my orders. The app offers restaurants that are not found anywhere else while ensuring to keep the quality of the products during delivery

Disappointed!

I transferred my money to the Ryno wallet, and it is not possible to finalize my purchase. The chat on the app doesn't work. Disappointed! I wanna my money back!

No variety options

Add Melcom, Ocadia, kids clothing (no return policy), dragon sushi, say cheers liqueur store, medimart & shop life pharmacy, plenty more things to add

Scam

Their payment is unsecured, they deduct money from my momo wallet, i sent them payment screenshot proof, first they confirmed they received the money and then they said they didn’t. Their customer service is so bad and feels like a scam.

We truly value your trust and completely understand how frustrating this must have been for you. On that day, MTN experienced a downtime which caused delays and inconsistencies in confirming transactions. This is why the payment initially appeared as received and later showed otherwise. Moreover, the customer support team sent you a screenshot of the failed transaction from your behalf to show you that we truly haven't received any payment. MTN has since sent a message on Friday 15th August to all mobile money users informing them about the downtime on which will occur on Saturday 22nd of August. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and inconvenience caused, and we appreciate your patience and understanding.
