Network exception and password errors constantly. Help centre don’t help you. Scales are good but the app is horrible rendering the scales useless
Doesn’t work
Constantly says Network Exception. My brand new scales won’t sync to the app. I’ve done all the troubleshooting & still won’t work. I specifically bought these scales because of the syncing to my phone. So frustrating. I don’t have a problem with Bluetooth for any other devices. I’ve uninstalled & then reinstalled does not make a difference. So it’s not from my side the problem.

Doesn’t work
Doesn’t work at all constantly says network exception, doesn’t actually seem to feed the internet to the app. Iv done all my trouble shooting and general common sense fixes but this has nothing to fix it, I believe it’s a client side issue
