مشكلة تخص المندوبين

التطبيق فكرته ممتازة لكن المشكلة تتعلق بالمندوبين وهي عدم تطبيق قوانين الشركة من عدم التواصل خارج التطبيق أو الالتزام بطريقة موحدة للدفع مما يعرض الطرفين (المندوب والعميل) لخطر الاحتيال والنصب، حيث يتم اختيار دفع كي نت ثم يقوم المندوب بطلب روابط بنكية أو الدفع عن طريق ومض أو طلب زيادة على سعر التوصيل المتفق عليه، كذلك استخدام المندوب أكثر من رقم هاتفي ويختلف عن الرقم في حسابه بالتطبيق.
أنصح إدارة الشركة بوضع ضوابط ومعايير تلزم المندوب والعميل بالتواصل داخل التطبيق فقط، وكذلك معايير للمندوبين ومراقبة مستمرة لاحوالهم.
