App never works
9 out of 10 times the app doesn’t connect and just spins. Between the apps and the general website usability……never before have people paid so much for content, yet been so disappointed with the user interface & reliability.

Connectivity Issues
The app rarely connects and often times finds itself in a constant reload loop. When it works it’s great for articles and live data. WHEN. Unfortunately, it works less than half the time. I have no issue with the website on my desktop. The app was meant to help me stay up-to-date while I was away from my desk, but this seems to be a far cry from the current reality.

rarely works and goes in circles when trying to go into any data (login login layers and layers) etc .. there is no worse app in all of history including infinite universes

Don’t save your password.
My company requires rotating passwords. But once you save your password on this app, there’s no way to change it unless you reinstall your app. And when you start the app without reinstalling, it just tries your old password and locks you out.

Terrible. Seldom works. And when it does, the UX is terrible. If this was a build instead of buy decision, it was a bad one.

The app is very slow and constantly crashing or logging me out. Very frustrating. When it works, it is good.

Difficult to search news. No visuals
It is quite difficult to find stories relevant to a specific sector or on a particular topic. In addition, there are no charts or pictures in the app as there are on the website which is a pity because there are some great data points in the news and research.
