S&S Pocket

S&S Pocket is the phone companion to XtremeROI's internal time-tracking system. It is a private tool for XtremeROI staff and requires a company account; it is not usable by the general public. Staff use Pocket to check where their day stands and to keep their timesheet honest when they are away from their desk. WHAT YOU CAN DO - See your live status at a glance: whether you are clocked in, on a break, or done for the day, with a running timer you can set to show your day total, your current session, or your time on the client you are working now. - Take a break, take a timed ten-minute break, come back from a break, switch which client or project your time counts toward, and update the note describing what you are working on. - Clock out, either right now or backdated to when you actually stopped. - Review any past day, and correct the last week of your own entries: start and end times, breaks and lunches, client, project, and notes. - Request paid time off or record a sick day. - See your hours for the week against what was allocated to you. - Export a week of your time as a spreadsheet. THREE LOOKS Pick whichever suits where you are: a dark theme, a light Day theme, and a HUD theme with a seven-segment readout that takes on the color of your current state, green while working, amber on a break, and red when you are out. STARTING YOUR DAY HAPPENS AT YOUR DESK Pocket deliberately cannot clock you in. Shifts begin on the desktop app or the web, so your time starts when your work actually starts. Pocket handles everything after that.
