Beware! App doesn’t work and Apple denied refund

I’m writing this review to warn others. This app doesn’t work on my iPhone 13 Pro Max on iOS 16.7. Basically, the app tries to load with a transparent screen and then closes and brings me back to my screen. I tried refunding but Apple denied the refund claim. I appealed the decision and explained it crashes instantly but I was denied the appeal.

I know the update history shows no updates for years but other apps from other developers don’t have this problem.

I also didn’t see any recent reviews so I’m putting this review to helps others.
