Excellent App
The app is very fast, secure and accurate. S-Express offers great service from start to finish and their pricing is very competitive. Well worth downloading and using. Better than Uber and other cabs companies.
Extremely bad service !!!
I ordered a cab for a person I support who has autism and mental illness and the service was terrible. Firstly he was 10minutes late after turning up at the wrong address when we specifically told where to be picked up from. The cab driver was aggressive and very impatient. To top it off after causing anxiety to myself as a carer and the client I’m supporting we almost crashed into another car and made a scene with the other driver in front. To top it off he shouted racists remarks towards me saying all black people are criminals which was very unprofessional the driver with Reg No.KD16WWL should be fired in my opinion.

Why remove the quotes?
This was the perfect minicab app, you'd select your trip from gps or postal code and could even save to the favorites and see your trips history, it took away all the misunderstanding of different accents in a phone call booking, I used it everytime, but since they removed the quotes/price of the ride I have to call to know how much I'll be paying. It's simply not worth the trouble anymore. (•╭╮•)
