iPhone 13pro は対応していないですか？ペアリングが出来ません。

株主優待制度で購入したが、新品納入後充電がなかなか出来ないとペアリング不調で　商品交換要求したが、新品入手しても同様の問題があり、大阪の販売店を教えてください、そこへ持っていき対応していただきたいのです。取り扱い説明書には　Iphone13pro 対応機種ではない書いているが、　わたしはiPhone13proです。

丸一日充電しても充電マークが出るだけで、ペアリングモードになりませんでした。
満充電でないとペアリングできない仕様なのか？だとしたら、バッテリーがへたると一生ペアリング出来ないのでは...
1万円もする割に欠陥なのでは...
