App Riddled w/ Dysfunction

I received a gift certificate for S2 Pickleball, but I haven’t been able to get the app to work. We went in hoping they could troubleshoot and they said there are issues with Androids, but I have an iPhone. They took screenshots of the errors messages, but I never heard back. I deleted the app repeatedly, but I just keep getting the same error. They hype the app for schedules, booking courts, clinics, etc. Then it doesn’t work. I was super excited about joining S2, but it’s definitely off to a rough start.
