tried to sign up online at website and error occurred also tried code scan with phone and that failed aswell so this needs urgently addressing by the so called developers

I can confirm it crashes like the previous reviewer said but on iPhone 6s Plus. Similar “connection issue” (there’s no connection issue my end and once you tap close it works) dialog box comes up and you have to tap close like 3 times, this happens at least twice in a programme that only lasts 19 mins! Also a smaller thing but I want English subtitles as I don’t speak Welsh and have to select them every episode and after it crashes, would be better if it remembers my preference. At least it goes to the episodes now where as before it took a lot of messing about, signing in & out and still wouldn’t work. But the top issues need sorting asap.

Great
As a learner I’m enjoying this app. Mostly useful when programmes have English subtitles so I can listen along and pick up things I don’t follow. It would be great if an Apple TV app existed with access to subtitles because BBC iPlayer doesn’t support them.
