Crashes

I can confirm it crashes like the previous reviewer said but on iPhone 6s Plus. Similar “connection issue” (there’s no connection issue my end and once you tap close it works) dialog box comes up and you have to tap close like 3 times, this happens at least twice in a programme that only lasts 19 mins! Also a smaller thing but I want English subtitles as I don’t speak Welsh and have to select them every episode and after it crashes, would be better if it remembers my preference. At least it goes to the episodes now where as before it took a lot of messing about, signing in & out and still wouldn’t work. But the top issues need sorting asap.

11 months on and the same issues - “Connection failed” comes up when it didn’t - the app failed! Fix it!

Big problems with this update!

Huge connection issues with this app. ‘Connection failed’ messages pop up twice a minute and often several times at once. Have to keep pressing ‘close’. Siomedig!

Totally unfit for production use

It’s not the best catchup app around - it’s a bit tricky to find your way around, and the search is useless - but it’s not the worst either. However, it has several ‘severity one’ problems, and should never have been released to the public: it crashes, not frequently, but often enough. When I first start a program, subtitles are on. This may be because my profile is set to English, but when I go to turn them off, it says they’re already off! I have to turn them on, and then turn them off. Most importantly, however, while watching a programme, I get an ‘Unknown Error’ message appearing 2-3 times a minute. I’ll let you work out how many times that means I have to press “Close” in a one-hour programme. This obviously doesn’t happen to everyone, otherwise the other reviewers would have mentioned it, but there’s nothing special about my iPad, so they obviously didn’t do enough testing. Countless other faults no doubt wait to be discovered, therefore.
