Usability
I tried the App for the first time and found it to be user friendly and easy to navigate. The only thing I thought was missing is the ability to generate an IBAN account letter. Maybe I missed it and would find it as I become more familiar with the Application

طلبت رفع حد التحويل من اكثر من اسبوعين ولم يتم ، وهذا يعطل العمل في المؤسسة

One of the worst business banking apps
Let's be clear - I love Saudi Awwal Bank and their services, except for their iCorp apps. The app crashes frequently, especially while approving transactions via Face ID/Passcode. It says the token entered is wrong and I have x amount of tries left- how can my face ID be wrong!?!? How can I enter my iphone passcode wrong multiple times?! You guys need to fix this issue or it is better of you shut the mobile icorp app entirely.
