Pathetic

Can’t check out as guest even though there is an option, forcing you to sign up which will no doubt mean my data will be sold on. So I sign in, still can’t check out. Constant errors. Absolute BS. How hard does it need to be to place an order??

Nice idea but can’t order

Thought it would be highly lazy to order from the table, but why not, we’re on holiday.
Tried online version then the app.
Table numbers go to 69. We were at table 73. Hmmmmm

Wasn’t very helpful

Sat at the table 70 unable to order because the table numbers in the app only go up to 69. (Central Newquay).

Drinks didn’t arrive and staff not aware of app

Drinks didn’t arrive and staff not aware of app. Bar staff have told me that they have worked here for 8 months and never heard of Harbour inn having an app.

Dysfunctional System

Order placed on app without issue. Waited 20 minutes for my beer to be brought to the table. When I went into the pub to ask where it was, the bar staff stated that the system does not work, and customers should just order at the bar. Which begs the question…why have an app ordering system…!?

Good but no choices

Good but there are no choices for decafe or special orders.

Ridiculous

Ridiculous waste of time finally got my order n after 20 mins and now another 20 mins to wait just for drinks !!!!!

Terrible!

Gone are the days when a man can finish a hard day’s work and stand at the bar and enjoy a pint of bitter. This way of ordering a beer is long winded and unnecessary. Bring back the 1970’s

Stuart

Stuart, what a guy. Great service, and would recommend coming here just based on his lovely customer service. Five star for Stuart

Not impressed, such a shame

No one inside the bar and still had to order using the app. just to much farting about just to get a drink. People walking away and not bothering...

Drying for a drink

Attended the bar and barmaid was very reluctant to serve me at the bar and insisted I use the app when it would have been much easier to serve me at the bar and quicker. Having downloaded the app and placing my order I the had a twenty minute wait for my drinks order when the barmaid could have done this whilst I was stood in front of her.

Ordering a pint

What’s wrong with ordering a pint at a bar a total waste of time

Awful UX. Not intuitive at all. Unrealistic wait time

Why?! 😤
