1. Force & suggested update flows — App now checks version status on launch and can block outdated clients with a mandatory update gate or prompt an optional "update available" suggestion. 2. Server-driven real-time config — Pusher/Soketi connection settings now come from the backend, letting us flip the real-time backend without a rebuild; also fixed an overlapping-init race in the dashboard channel.
