For hotels using Sabai, Sabai for Staff is the essential tool for hotel staff.
Each staff user can be set up in the admin system, and the appropriate roles can be assigned to staff users there too - depending on which Sabai services they support. Furthermore, users can be assigned to rooms or restaurant tables for applicable Sabai services. Changes to roles and assignments can be done instantly and with ease.
In this way, the hotel can determine which staff users receive which orders and calls for assistance.
So appropriate staff are alerted instantly to every guest request - enabling the hotel to deliver the most responsive of service.
