Easily booking appointments
I am often go for massages at this place. I am happy to see they have the app option that make it easy for me to rebooking my appointment just a few clicks. I can book an appointment at night time when I am have free time. The app very easy to use, highly recommended to everyone.
RESETTING PASSWORD DOES NOT WORK
I tried to gain access to my account by resetting my password but it did not send any verification code to my number after I tried multiple times.
Broken authentication system
Logged in it wasn’t showing my correct past history/points. Contacted the location I go to and was emailed the receipts, open the app again and I was forced to create a new account all my points and history are now gone….. and I used the same email both times.

Love this app!
I love having massage with Sabai Thai Spa and now so happy that they have an app where i can just book through my phone now! Very convenient!
