Now after reading the dismal reviews I feel disappointed already! Especially since I do not see a review from Dracyy, KimTwilight or Izzyoc, and Opinion hated the game! IMPORTANT MESSAGE: I spoke to BigFish. At this time they have removed Puppet Show: Face of Humanity from iTunes so that nobody else can waste money on this game with a fatal flaw after I threatened them that I would ensure nobody buy it! Hopefully ERS will fix it and then we can play it! You're welcome! This is not a new game. I already played and now they want me to pay for it again. It says no record of purchase! I didn't like it the first time and I wrote a full review on it, which you can read. I don't wish to review it again. It was a glitchy annoying game. My actual review was 2.5 stars. Enough said! BigFish, get Puppet Show updated already! How long does it take for ERS to fix such a fatal flaw? Also now I am loath to buy another game from them due to this issue! When in the underwater…whatever..game froze before going into hidden object scene. Just deleted and I’ll try again, I guess. Right now 2 👎🏻👎🏻!

The slowness of the elements is very annoying! I don’t know how to speed it up.
Great game
Interesting storyline and challenging puzzles which I often skipped as too impatient. Felt the game and bonus chapter was too short for the price of $10.99.
Doesn’t work
Don’t waste your time buying this as game has glitch that prevents you from going back if you miss picking up an object that you need to move forward in the game. I will be asking for a refund

Good game!
Daily Magic tends to have better (harder) than usual puzzles, and that was true in this game, although they did range from easy to medium hard. The story was okay, rather confusing ending—if the villain is gone and all souls released, why can’t they both leave? Anyway, hops were silhouette and interactive. Bonus game was short. Overall length is shorter than I would like, 4 hours start to finish and that’s without me playing all of that time. Getting the rune symbol pieces placed correctly took some finagling, and since you must do that each time you’re attacked I think that should not be so finicky. But I enjoyed the puzzles, so real rating of 3.5 bumped up to 4.

At the end of chapter two. I cannot get the rune thing on the hand to activate.
Loved this!
I really enjoyed this. It had a unique variety of hidden object scenes and puzzles, a match 3 option and hidden jigsaw pieces. I loved the artwork and the fantastical story too.
Good Until Kink
Like others have commented, there is a kink in the game that allows you to move forward without completing all tasks. This prevents you from proceeding later in the game.
When you get to a later stage you will need a clapper that you must pick up in the previous stage. Problem is you don't realize that you need it until later and you can't go back to a previous stage to pick it up. This causes the game to end before you finish it because you can't go any further.

Disappointed
This is yet another BF game where I am unable to continue because of some bug which allowed me to continue in the game without getting all the items. I now cannot continue the task necessary for the next stage. I will be asking for a refund and sending a complaint. This is getting ridiculous. Get better QA or better mitigation when a user needs an item to continue.

Was enjoying it until it froze
Just paid for the game and got to the underwater temple where everything has frozen and nothing will get it going again. I've tried restarting and realoding but to no avail. I'm really cross.
Don't waste your $$
This game was horrible! The story lacked continuity, with an already lame plot. The mini games are either too hard to complete, I skipped several, or the mini games were too repetitive. I couldn't even play the bonus game, because I was so over it.
Very disappointing
Pretty graphics. Confusing tasks and puzzles. Map is okay, I guess, though I didn't find it to be helpful at all. Help was necessary in order to figure out what to do.
