تطلب من التطبيق يعلمك اليوم الي بكون في التوصيل والوقت مخلينا لغز ولا تعرف ولا تقدر تتواصل مع احد اذا يوم التوصيل يصادف يوم الجمعه او السبت. في الزمن هذا من اهم الاشياء تعلم العميل متى راح يكون التوصيل مع الوقت واذا الوقت مناسب للعميل وخدمة العملاء لازم ٧ ايام على الاقل لو ماتقدرون ٢٤ ساعه

Worst app ever seen
If you want your blood pressure jump to high levels then you can use this app
Slow, Glitches and Poor performances.
Both iOS APP and Web is poor.

There is way too many bugs that makes you unable to do requests,coupons,addresses it feels they didn’t even test it themselves my order says it should arrive yesterday and now I can’t contact them through opening a ticket because they have a bug that makes it impossible to choose from the boxes they’ve put

It doesn’t work properly
The application is currently non-functional. Attempting to add a product to the cart results in no response, and the app freezes entirely. It renders the app unusable and defeats its purpose.
Very bad UX
I downloaded the app since the website was super slow and hard to navigate. Turns out the app is worse. Very slow and not user friendly. I don’t understand how such companies don’t spend money to develop apps that will make the customers life easier as this will result in buying more! As someone who’s not nearby a physical store the app would probably be the best option to by the quality products SACO sells.
