تجربة سيئة جدا في التطبيق حتى الموقع نفسه سيء لا اعلم سبب استمراركم وانتم تعلموون انه فاشل اما اصلاح المشاكل او حذف التطبيق !!!!!

Slowest most dysfunctional app in history
Just like their website, it sucks. The app sucks. It’s super slow. Not comfortable to use. Annoying to navigate and you will encounter numerous errors throughout the process. Whoever they paid to do this app, they definitely didn’t get their money’s worth.

تطلب من التطبيق يعلمك اليوم الي بكون في التوصيل والوقت مخلينا لغز ولا تعرف ولا تقدر تتواصل مع احد اذا يوم التوصيل يصادف يوم الجمعه او السبت. في الزمن هذا من اهم الاشياء تعلم العميل متى راح يكون التوصيل مع الوقت واذا الوقت مناسب للعميل وخدمة العملاء لازم ٧ ايام على الاقل لو ماتقدرون ٢٤ ساعه

There is way too many bugs that makes you unable to do requests,coupons,addresses it feels they didn’t even test it themselves my order says it should arrive yesterday and now I can’t contact them through opening a ticket because they have a bug that makes it impossible to choose from the boxes they’ve put
