This app is so convenient for classes and other wellness concerns. Adri is an amazing teacher and what better way to take her classes on the go than to have them on a handy app? Access to oils and crystals is a bonus. Beautiful app and easy navigation 💜💜💜

Yoga at it’s best!

Adri - is very knowledgeable in sequencing, flows, and has a unique ability to add in options so that everyone is included in her classes. She is uniquely able to ensure she includes thorough instructions to prevent injury. Her classes may be focused on a body part, but with the sequences she provides, the entire body is sure to get a great workout! She never disappoints!
