app sucks
it always says loading error when you need it the most and ik for a fact that it’s not a problem on my end it’s done this on multiple occasions the app just personally sucks
It used to work
It was working fine for a while and now it won’t even load, it just sits there with the spinner and then gives me an error message
Poor quality
I have only been able to access the app once a day. On every attempt after the first one, I get a yellow screen with a spinning wheel. Unusable app. Doesn’t seem like anyone is trying to fix it.
Info is wrong and app is glitchy
Tracker said bus was 7mins away when I arrived at stop. Then 15mins passed and said “N/A” arrival time. Then a few mins later said I had to wait for next scheduled bus.

Unreliable
Not only will it not update the bus route if it’s late to estimate how late it will be, everytime i close the app and open it back up, it doesn’t even work. sacrt needs to do something because it’s causing a lot of people to miss their routes or prolong their journey

Its reliable
You have to learn your way around the app, i used it for years during school. I still do and its pretty accurate for the most part. A little lag because its a simple app but it works great.
Works 1/4 of the time
I rarely am able to see the actual schedule. Live updates doesn’t even work. I probably spend more time seeing the yellow loading screen than the schedule
Not Useful
The route number I attempted to look up is under the wrong name in the drop down menu and when I tried looking up the ETA of the bus using the stop # the bus I was looking for, though listed on the physical street sign, didn’t have an ETA listed in the app.

The app doesn’t work at all! Anytime I try to look for stops near me with my location it only loads error messages telling me to refresh, which when you do it just continuously has you refresh! You can’t even see what stops are near you or plan a bus trip. This app is terrible and a waste of space.

Tried to sign up and they said they would email me to confirm, but never did. Tried signing up again but they said my email had an account. Said I lost my password and they said they would email me and never did. I give up
Not Good on iOS
This app doesn’t work on iOS. I get a blank screen most of the time.
Stops working
I downloaded the app used it once went back and had to redownload it and it’s every time now when I wanna see my route while using the app
