Old version was easer to use then the new one

Don’t bother using this app

You get a popup ad every time you scroll or go to a different section and return.

If you want to get an apple or similar credit you have to login through the website.

Useless app.

The app needs more modifications

اخطاء و دايم يطلع error و قبل بطايق اللعب لل iOS يكونون موجودين بالتطبيق نفسه الحين لازم يدخلك ع web site اتمنى تعديل الاخطاء للتطبيق كالسابق حتى لما ابي ادفع البيل يطلع ان في خطأ بالسستم .

Before in mobile app there is play station and I tunes card ,
Now I can’t find it !

The latest update removed most services, i cant find any of the entertainment services anymore

It used to be a great App but, ..

This App used to be a great one, but recently I’ve been experiencing problems especially when I’m trying to purchase an iTunes Gift Card. I tried deleting it several times then downloading it again but without use. Please fix this problem so I can use it again without having to go to normal machines.

Bug or bad programming

I can barely use the all, it keeps going from pin and phone number, over and over again with errors everywhere, i still havent put in my card details

Train your support personnel

I did my first purchase for a ITUNES Card and then I call support to ask how do I redeem my voucher. I was told my account isn’t verified and will get a call back for verification. I got a call back and he asked a few verification questions. Then after few mins, it says account is blocked. When I call back to support, they informed that my amount which is paid is on hold for verification, which is ok with me but he mentioned if you are fraud we will report you to police. Is that how you speak to your customer ? That was rude. I had done my other verifications earlier with BWallet, Viva cash, benefit pay etc in Bahrain with professional people earlier. This is the last time I will use this app. Never would I recommend your service to anyone. Train your call center team !

It’s running good

It’s going go so far , no bugs or anything but ive been trying to get a steam gift card for s few days lately and it says “service is blocked” both in app and local machines

The app doesn’t support Saudi banks and phone numbers. Please mention supported countries in the description.

Misses out credit card payments

The app would be great if other means of payments are available besides only debit card (i.e. Credit Cards) such as American Express, Visa, & MasterCard.
