Scam

This is a scam. I was charged for my request and no one ever showed up. When I tried to contact for a refund I couldn’t get in contact with anyone.

Not reliable at all

I’ve tried to use the SAF app multiple times over the last 12 months. 3/4 of those tries my concierge never showed up to the line and never tried to contact me and let me know. I missed multiple sample sales because of the flakiness of the concierge's. This is not a reliable app

A cool idea

Would be very cool if it worked. There’s never someone available and when you finally get someone booked they cancel.

Wow, what a brilliant idea

There are a couple of places we have been wanting to have dinner at but not willing to wait 90 minutes but paying $10 to save 90 minutes is a great deal. We are totally sold on this.
