Camera works great but trying to connect it to my phone is a joke. Have to keep re downloading this app and works half the time to get my video. Camera great but the software gotta be fixed ! I tryd the other apps. Can’t even connect to them. This is the only one n I just bought this 4K crap 3 months ago ???

Horrible
Very bad connection, can't transfert videos and pictures. The camera is bad too. I will buy a Gopro because the videos arent very good and sometimes it didn't record the images, just the sound. Don't buy it.
Garbage
Used it once on Vaction and only able to download a few photos and videos before the wifi just stopped connecting. Glad to hear I’m not the only one with this problem. The one star rating is only because they make you enter something . Just garbage !
Can’t connect
I downloaded the app. Once launched the first thing it asks to do is to connect to my home wifi, not sure why that is the first thing, but regardless it fails to connect even though the phone is already connected to that same wifi. Message “connect over time! Please make sure to connect to DV network”. Useless message if you ask me as it doesn’t indicate what is wrong. Since it fails to connect the app becomes useless.

Total Garbage!
How hard is it to download videos to your phone, tablet or laptop? Impossible with this camera never mind the app! And don’t email customer service, after four emails not one response! Do yourself a favour and look for a used Gopro!
Horrible
Got a Safari Connect 4 for Christmas and opened it up to give it a try. Would not stay connected to phone via wifi, transfers to the software (when it would stay connected) was slow and had a completion success chance of about 20% and even when it did it took ages (about 15 minutes for a 20 second video). I figured whatever cheap video device I’ll just use my computer... nope won’t stay connected to pc. Constant device recognition followed by the device eject sound ad nauseam. Horrible horrible horrible...

Quirky But Works
Noticed online that many ppl have issues connecting to the app/Wifi. The software is quirky and a bit buggy and it will look like it isn’t connecting and appears to be in thinking mode and spinning. Exit your Wifi settings and then go back in and there’s a good chance it has actually connected. Then you will be able to use the app.

Can’t download images
Installed the app on my iPad and have the required iOS version but the images won’t down load. It says on the app that they have downloaded but they are not in my camera roll. Very disappointing.
Needs major improvements
For a new app and a brand new camera this app and camera do not work at all. Crashes, disconnects, fails and does not make me a happy customer of the camera. Safari 4 and latest iOS still nothing.
Crashes when trying to reconnect
The videos on YouTube review made us buy this and it’s a Canadian made. But, it needs a lot to improve. App works but crashes a lot. The camera itself lags and turns off for no reason with lights on. So far, not good.

Can't download
Can't download to my camera or post on instagram! Please help!
Won’t save files to camera roll
App says photo/video is “downloaded” to phone but doesn’t actually save into phone or allow to share pictures or videos. Very frustrating!
Some errors
Please make it so I can save the videos to my camera roll and maybe live streaming. Pls fix sharing, it won’t let me

Setting up phone on safari3 wifi and turning on the camera wifi option and it does not connect to the app....
