Mostly ok
5* for the concept behind the app, 3* for the app itself. The only thing I think really needs changing is the slide bar to select the cost of the car wash. It is way too sensitive in going up in penny increments so I found I could not get it accurate at all. + and - buttons that go up in 25p increments would be better or just let the user enter the amount themselves into £ and pence boxes. Other than that it’s a good concept and idea.

Great concept and easy to use app

Great initiative but...
I visited a car wash yesterday and felt uneasy. I downloaded the app today with the intention of trying to discover if my concerns were justified. I looked up news etc and was then unable to go back to reporting without closing the app down and re-opening. Like the other review I would have liked to go through the stages to see what it involved but could not do it as a ‘practice’ run or put in yesterday’s location where I had my car washed. I am happy to be involved with testing an app

I made a mistake and tried out App and reported a fictitious car wash, apologies!
Brilliant idea but can’t submit
Brilliant idea but no matter how much I try - including uninstalling and reinstalling I can’t get past the pay page to submit my report -sad as my local car wash probably needs investigating as non of the workers wear protective wear and charge just £5 for an outside and inside clean of a van
Poor App
Great idea but totally useless if it doesn’t let you complete your entry and send it. Also crashes repeatedly.
Great idea, but a few bugs
Just a note for the developers that when you click on the menu to learn more, there is no way to go back to the homepage to submit a hand car wash survey. Clicking X just took me back to data usage page I was reading. I can just close the app and reopen though.
Was this even tested
Too many occasions where I get into a dead end or the app doesn't let me carry on using it. Not good when the launch is making national news. Fix it asap.
Cannot get past opening demo
Once I found this app hidden in the iPhone list, I have the iPad, it installed but on using only the feature list is available.

Good idea but poor function
This is a great idea but there’s no main menu and no way to return to the beginning or go back a step. Still needs work before it’s usable.

The app asks lots of question but does not do anything else. If this is supposed to help stop modern slavery, then it needs a better system
Needs fixing
When you go to the menu there is no way back. Press on the X and it just opens the about section. You just get stuck in a dead end.

Want to use but doesn’t work very well
Think this app needs bug testing I can’t enter a name and carry on to next screen and at the end can t reset want to help but app needs work.
Want to do my bit, but can’t get app to work.
Just downloaded this as I think it’s vital to stamp out modern slavery. I can’t get past the instructions on how to use the app! It’s a vital tool, but I can’t get it to work.
Don’t make us register
Whilst the app sounds like a great idea, requiring people to register their personal details as the first step will mean many people like me won’t use it and you will lose out on potentially vital information. Release a version without mandatory registration as the first step but an optional last step and you are on to something great.

Good but buggy
Please fix. On first use the app would not move on from the Pay page. I also wanted to test it on practice data before using it for real. Is this OK?! I don’t have a car wash where I live!
