Took $65 out of my account for 3 days use and there is no way to get in contact with anyone

Looks like a scam
In the intro pages they say you will be automatically enrolled into a subscription after 3 days. I stopped from there and deleted the app. Other users have been charged despite it seems. Be careful! File a case at reportaproblem.apple.com if you got scammed. I’ll watch my cc statement now like a hawk

i am so upset i was given a free triel and i cancelled it the same day and now i get an email from apple that i was charged 19.99$ for the month and then for some reason they have axess to put cancles on june 28 i was scammed i reported it to apple for investigation this developer becarfull they will charge you even if you cancle never had an issue like this before i made suer i took snapshot of today after they stoled my money that it says cancelled on june 28 i will report this developer to google people stay away from this app you will regret

I did a three day free child review which for some reason that’s the only way I was able to use the app. They said they would send me a reminder and they never did. I was charged $65 for it and less than 24 hours I contacted them for reimbursement. I have not used the app since before they charge me and within less than 10 hours they brought back to me that I am not approved for a refund. This is not the way to treat customers and I’ve had two people come up to me so far to ask me about that app and I recommended them now to use it and I will continue to lobby against it.

this is such a scam. They trick you into downloading it and you have to look very carefully to find out. They’re gonna charge you $18 a month and then when you try to delete the app just to get it off your phone it’s very difficult to do so

Can’t setup due to UI
When you get to the “what other people say” screen the button to advance is cut off on iPhone and you can’t scroll up to click the button. If you can’t get the user interface to work how can I trust that the rest of the app works correctly?
Will not let me move on to register
Your graphics must be too large as I cannot press “next” after the “Let’s get started”. I have deleted it and redownloaded and your graphics are still too big. The green box at the bottom of the screen cannot be utilized.
You can’t even access the app
Once you go through the initial pages that say next, next, next, and then you get to the page where it says “see what other people say” - the “next” button is too low on the screen to be able to push so you can’t go any further than this. I deleted it.
