Card lock feature is a mess transactions go thru regardless of funds with no overdraft protection on account bank is starting to suck been with yall for 26 yrs ridiculous

The worse system to use @ safe since its inception, we get checks sent back half the time we use it, useless because it takes so much time to put it in the system. The idiocy of it all, is that they know it, I call and the reps say it's a bad system.... this is over many years now, I'm a member since 84.

To slow crashes
The app is much slower than other banks and man the credit card 3rd party is annoying. It’s so slow to open, it crashes repeatedly. If you want to try to use your reward point you better set aside half your day to get to the 3rd party website. You would think a bank would have a state. Of the art website as your handling peoples money
