About

When you hand your iPhone to your child, Safe Gallery shows only the photos and videos you choose: no surprise videos, no ads, no suggestions. At a restaurant, on the road or in a waiting room, pick an album, start child mode and hand over your phone with peace of mind. WHY SAFE GALLERY? • Only what you choose: Your child sees the photos and videos you put in the album. • No deleting, sharing or editing: Safe Gallery reads what you choose from your library and doesn’t change anything in it. • No copies: What you choose is read from your library; it isn’t copied and is never uploaded to a server. Only small previews stay on this iPhone. • Exit with parent verification: Hold the faint lock at the top right for 3 seconds, then verify with Face ID or Touch ID, your iPhone passcode or a separate parent code. • Stays on: Child mode continues even if the app is closed and opened again. CHILD MODE • Full-screen photos and videos, swipe to move between them • An album strip at the bottom, like in the Photos app • Drag to scrub through videos • Sound even in silent mode, with an adjustable volume limit • No AirPlay or picture-in-picture buttons in the player HONEST ABOUT ITS LOCK While Guided Access is on, your child can’t leave the app. Safe Gallery walks you through setting up Guided Access step by step. Important: While Guided Access is on, your iPhone’s Crash Detection and emergency calling don’t work. In an emergency in a vehicle, triple-click the side button (the Home button on iPhone models that have one) to end the session. PRIVACY No account needed. Your photos and videos are never uploaded to any server. Usage and error statistics that don’t identify you are sent; you can turn them off in Settings › Privacy (on devices whose region is set to the EEA, Switzerland or the UK they stay off unless you turn them on). If you turn on notifications, your notification address is stored; if you send a support request, what you write and the details shown in the form reach our server. INTERNET Photos and videos stored on your iPhone work offline; items in iCloud need an internet connection. SUPPORT Contact us by opening a support request with the form in the app or on the support page. Safe Gallery is no substitute for adult supervision.
