My app says an error has occurred and I cannot use it with my security system, what is the problem ? I have deleted app and reinstalled , nothing has helped
Poor quality, just like the alarm system
Everything about this looks like it’s coming from the 90s. The interface is difficult to use and rarely works when I try to log into the app it says “An unknown error has occurred.” I need this to work so that I can assist my elderly mother who got talked into paying for this janky system.
Alarm app
It says system error or not connected. Deleted and reinstalled nothing. Please help!!!Would like to reset my password. How do I do that????
Not working
I have had this app for a few years and have issues along the way; stating armed when it wasn’t etc. i had to delete when it said my system wasn’t connected (but it was). NOW?!?!?! After deleting and reinstalling it now says PW is not right and there is NO WAY to reset it! WTH do I do now!

Worse company to work with. No one knows what they are doing.
Log-In error
I’ve set my username and password MULTIPLE times, refuses to let me login. Continues to say username and password are wrong. Garbage application

Does not connect all the time. Will time-out when trying to arm or disarm. Customer support is useless.

Service is bad, app is outdated and functions do not activate properly.
Disappointing
The tech just installed the new system and I downloaded the App. The app is not working at all. We deleted the App and downloaded it 3 times. It’s not working. I have the system off and it’s saying it’s armed on the phone. When it’s armed, it’s saying it’s not armed. One would expect a security system to work.

Just got mine hooked up! The the quality of the camera view is awesome! Pretty easy to use, the technician actually showed me how to work the system lol excellent service!
Worst Product and company
The product does not work properly. They lock you in a contract so your screwed. Would never recommend this company to anyone.
Not bad / works
I only use the security/alarm feature but have had no problems with it.
I would like to be able to rename Sensor 1 to Front Door (as an example) to make it user friendly. The installer said it would auto-populate from my system over night but it didn't.

Awful
App is terrible!!!!! Always offline!!!! Hard to understand !!! The people at quantum are useless!!!! And the people at safehome don't know anything about it!!!!! Horrible!!!!
It doesn't work
I have tried multiple way to make it work but not matter what I do, I will never get my alarm set up as away from my phone. Is also a headache to setup as stay and it always give A offline message so I'm never sure if my alarm is set up or not. I deleted the application and downloaded again with not results. My alarms works perfect from the keypad but this feature I tough it will be good but is just a joke. This is what the company offers more to make you sign the contract and then when you call to complain about the issue their response is that there is nothing they can do because is the application. I'm really disappointed.
