Why bother rating the app when you have the pay first ?
This is clearly an issue when you should rate the app after using it, not before you use it. What is the purpose of trying out the app when you have to pay first? Think of it as throwing your money away when you pay for it and after using it only to experience problems with it. I had numerous problems because after I paid for it expecting it to work when it eventually ended up not working at all or when it expectedly caused problems with my phone! I want to try it out as a trial run before I make my decision to pay for it so I can see how well the app works for my iPhone. I do have problems when purchasing an app with my credit card only after purchasing it and experiencing like constant crashes or service disruptions where I had to remove the app and ask for a refund.
