Safe Snacker: Allergy Recipes

- Deep links — shared safesnacker.com/recipes/… URLs open the app (iOS Universal Links, Android App Links), routed to the recipe; guests land on the recipe too via a new public recipe endpoint. - AI recipes auto-favorite: quick AI recipes are saved to the user's Favorites (with confirmation). - Cook mode: prominent "View recipe" button, pull-up ingredients sheet while cooking, optimistic "mark cooked" (moves to Already Cooked instantly). - Instructions: renamed "Method" → "Instructions"; recipe pages render numbered steps; structured step editor (add/remove rows) in the manual create form. - Plan de-dupe: won't add a recipe twice; shows "On your plan" (backend enforces it too). - Safe-area navigation fixes — back/close buttons and headers were slipping under the status bar / Dynamic Island (recipe detail from any tab, the create/import/edit-profile forms, Library). Now measured per-presentation so they sit correctly everywhere. - Dark-mode fix — the guest "Make a free account" button was white-on-white; fixed. - Migrated the project off xcodegen to Xcode synchronized folders (internal build tooling).
