Unreliable junk
This is so unreliable. Sound and video constantly stops for no reason causing you to reboot. Have gone months without being able to hear then sound suddenly comes back on for a couple months then back off again. Once we heard other people and it sounded like our baby’s room was possessed with demons. Have to use a sound monitor with it. I hate this camera and app. I would never recommend it

App does not work as described no response from support.
While quality of picture is good app does not work as intended. Does not do alerts in anyway so you have to anticipate a time to log in or have a second monitor that alerts you. They send emails when you buy and register device but then do bot respond to emails for support. I have sent 2 messages in last 30 days and nothing.

Look for something better
The device constantly disconnects from the internet and needs refreshing. It has capabilities to work through cellular data but won’t. Sometimes it stops working all together and you have to reset the entire device and configuration. You are better off with a monitor that comes with its own camera. It may be more expensive, but it was cause less stress. A device designed to help monitor the safety of your child should never fail so regularly. This device is a disappointment.
