Very frustrated, just won’t connect to the socks….come on, do better!
Heated socks
Run away from this product, it is absolutely terrible. Won’t stay connected to Bluetooth, sometimes one sock works, for an hour. Eventually neither sock will connect. Have deleted app and reinstalled twice. Works for an hour or less then disconnect from Bluetooth again. And they provide no way to contact them to get your money back. Huge mistake.

Not with iOS
This app is worthless because they do not update it. It will not work at all with the latest version of iOS on an iPhone. Why they don’t update it I do not know, but it makes for some very unhappy customers.
How to fix your socks that will only pair one
So if you can only pair one sock turn off your Bluetooth then wait a few sec’s then turn it back on they both will pop up

A very convenient software
Every year I buy heated socks. I like those that can be connected to a mobile phone APP. This is the fastest and most responsive heated sock I have experienced so far. It gives me convenience and I like it very much. I'm planning to buy it again.
Great Socks!
I have tried multiple different types of electric socks, and these are by far the most comfortable out of all the types that I’ve worn. The heating element is not a wire that is going to cause your foot to be sore on the bottom side. I think the only thing I would ask for an improvement is integration between the app and an Apple Watch to be able to control or have minimal controls at your disposal without having to take your phone completely out that would round out the app in my opinion and make this one of the best if not, the best controllers for electronic accessories.

If you’re having problems with connection and making it work properly, you are not alone, try deleting it and reinstalling it. Idk for 100 certainty but it just worked for mine and I been having to deal with the problem in the coldest part of this 2025 winter, so far… so try it, give it a shot and good luck.❤️❤️❤️

Safeer app does not work with I Phones & its supposed to !
Doesn’t work with iOS 18.2 and no response from support
Since the iOS 18 update the app no longer works. It will connect to your item, but that’s all. You don’t have any control screen.
I’ve reached out to support repeatedly and no response.
I have their socks which when you’re wearing them the battery is not easily accessible.

iOS 18.2 broke this app completely: I just get a sad-face icon and three options (back, close, and restarts), none of which do anything.
