Is this app even valid anymore

So accidentally signed out of my account on the phone and didn’t know you had to set a password and never asked me to do that so can’t get any access to my cameras because it asked me to email for a verification code. Well it never sends you an email reached out to the company via their Support email which I got from their website however, they don’t contact you back, I have two security cameras that I can absolutely do nothing with and have wasted my money and time on purchasing them

Not bad

Honest review. It’s not so bad for the price. I can log in from my phone and view live footage whenever I want. Sometimes the app kicks me out. But it doesn’t take too long to get a code sent and to log back in. It’s easy to record clips too. I’m happy with my purchase.
