Bug issues

App will delete any settings or account information as soon as they’re entered. As a result, you can’t print anything. Do not download.

Can it set default print black and white/or an option to set default printing color. It is very trouble if we print black and white mainly.

Productive App
Our Users really are taking advantage of this app. They are able to print documents securely and then they are able to use their mobile phones to release documents to the nearest printer in their office. The app lets them change settings as well. We also allow guest to register and print via the mobile app.

Rebranding
We are a real estate company with 500+ agents that worked out of multiple offices. They love the ease and convenience this app delivers. The rebranding caught us by surprise. We have referred this product as EveryonePrint for 3 years. Please keep this I’m mind when making changed. Thx

Finally enterprise mobile printing
I’ve been searching for a solution to bridge my network printing with a mobile component. EP has done it. Users cannot believe they can print pdf docs from their email to any office in the company. Use the Pull Print option makes for a secure method. Tracking prints for monthly billing is also a major plus.

Visibility but not great for printing on iOS
Our company have started using the EveryonePrint Hybrid Cloud environment and we were recommended to download this app to manage our print queue, fortunate our IT also enabled the MDM option which allowed them to push out a configuration file to our devices to AirPrint into the environment.
The app on its own would allow us to “Open In” which is OK provided you only want to punt files, when you want to print emails or web pages it isn’t so great, this is why our company turned on the MDM to allow us to AirPrint into the system.
The app also allowed us to release at printers without screens by using a QR code on the front of the device, whilst this works well it can not beat using a printer which is properly integrated into the solution. If there was a way to print emails and other methods without using the “open in” option I would have given this better rating, but it does what it says on the tin, but is useless if you or your company do not have an EveryonePrint mobile gateway to connect to.
One thing to note when you enter the gateway address, do not then click discover, this then tries to scan the network to look for a server apparently and will normally fail, (I kept making this mistake until IT corrected me, it isn’t very intuitive), enter the address and then click “test connection” this should succeed if the details are correct and then you can click Save.

Uni Heidelberg scheint zu funktionieren! (Details unten)
Ich habe zwar noch nichts gedruckt, da ich momentan nicht in der Uni bin, aber das Anmelden war erfolgreich.
Was ich nutzte: iOS 12.1 & Ricoh App 4.2.4/3680
1. Verbindung über Netzwerk:
Sicherlich reicht es nicht aus mit Eduroam verbunden zu sein. Auch reicht es sicherlich nicht, mit dem unverschlüsselten Uni-WLAN verbunden zu sein. Aber es geht, wenn man zumindest mit dem VPN-Client im Uni-Netzwerk ist (dann erst ist man ein vollwertiges Mitglied und darf dann auf Diverses wie statista.com zugreifen).
2. Verbindung der App mit dem Druckerserver: Danach muss man in der App "ricohmobil.urz.uni-heidelberg.de:9444" als Gateway eingeben. Dies muss man dann speichern (eigentlich nicht intuitiv, da dies in den meisten anderen Apps automatisches Speichern Standard ist), denn sonst vergisst vor dem Login-Versuch die App den speziellen Gateway in Uni Heidelberg. Nun kann man die Verbindung von der App testen lassen.
3. Autorisierung beim Druckerserver: Jetzt kann man sich einfach mit der Uni-ID anmelden.

App connectivity
The app won’t connect to server
Useless
Have tried this app using mobile data and various wifi networks - it's not my connectivity that is the problem. I cannot use it, can't login as it "can't connect to the server". I have tried everything, in my opinion this app needs sorting out and updating as my peers who have also tried this app have only had problems. Waste of time
