Disappointed. Works sometimes.

We get a busy message most of the time. Works 1 out of 10 times. MUST FIX.

Much room for improvement

Recognising that delivery of a well-thought-out technical solution such as this one can be challenging. However there are clear flaws in this solution and I'm surprised they exist.

First of all it's very disappointing that users' privacy is compromised in the way the app starts up with user's microphone on without the means to set it so that the user's microphone is off until such time as the user wishes to speak. This is a fundamental shortcoming that should be addressed as a matter of urgency since it might well be a reason for returning the product as unsuitable.

Second, a key issue in operation is the delay in the running of the App. It takes a long time for the app to come to fore and show the view from the camera. Users on Amazon have remarked on this issue; therefore it seems clear that the coding needs streamlining to make it more lightweight enabling all devices right back to iPad 2 The developer needs to take all devices and future regales of iOS into account when revisiting coding to make operation faster and more reliable. It is not realistic to expect users to have their devices in their hands, waiting for the bell to ring.

Finally, the instructions are appalling. A stapled together booklet with terrible layout and a complete failure to properly describe the functions and how best to use them or improve performance

The device itself is well-made and thought out. In my opinion it is way ahead of the market leader Ring which thrives largely on a large marketing budget rather than quality of construction and functionality. It is perhaps better for potential purchasers to wait for the developer to make improvements to the App which others can then comment on here. The lack of reviews in this place is not helpful but may simply be a result of a relatively small user base.

In summary, yes, a great idea but implementation needs much improvement. It's probable that these deficiencies will be game changers for many. My advice is think carefully before buying into this.
