Good feedback
Once I figured out how to mark a ride as being a passenger, I’m getting great feedback on driving which is improving my discipline in several areas. I think the aggressive cornering measure is a little arbitrary as a sports car can safely corner much faster than a top heavy SUV, but that’s a small quibble.

Cannot access location services with iOS 17.1.1
When are you going to update this app to be compatible with the latest iOS? I keep getting the request to turn on precise location in the settings menu for the app. But there is NO option for that in the app!

Inaccurate on occasions
It is an interesting app, and there are some things to be learned from it. But don’t take the score too seriously.
On several occasions it told me I was speeding by doing 34 in a 25 mph zone. However, what was wrong was that the 25 mph was only applicable when school children were present or warning lights are flashing.
Also, it flags for hard braking. There are times when hard braking is unavoidable due to something or someone doing something unexpected. For instance, an animal suddenly running out or another driver failing to yield the right-of-way. The app is not capable of seeing why you had to hard brake.
I realize that scoring drivers has become a popular metric. But, an app only sees part of a scenario and cannot replace the judgement of an experienced driver with an excellent driving record.

Worked very well, until…
After the last update, about half the time it doesn’t work. Update: over the last few days, it recorded a five minute walk but it did not record a fifty mile drive. I think you need another update.
This app changed the way I drive
You may thank you are stopping smoothly, but as soon as an objective application starts taking measurements it will become abundantly clear that you are not as good a driver as you think you are. Now, I looked down the road so that I can stop smoothly. I watch my speed carefully, and I accelerate smoothly. If you have an analytical mind, you will find this objective data priceless.

I love the feedback about my driving habits. I appreciate the constructive criticism. The types of information seem thorough.
As mentioned by others on their reviews, it will deduct points for hard braking and acceleration, though circumstances warranted the actions.
Also, the collection of stars for a reward is a good idea, but I’m not really happy with items offered for me to spend my star currency on. So I am not motivated to spend them.

It takes off points for phone use if you use navigation
grades you on hard braking which sometimes you will have to do

Great app until...
I started using this app when another safe driving app was discontinued, and I really enjoyed the details provided with this app. However, sometime around mid-September, the app just stopped functioning. I wasn’t recording any of my driving after that. Tried working with customer support. All settings were correct. Uninstalled and reinstalled, still wouldn’t work. I’m giving up!

Drives have stopped recording
There has to be a bug in firmware I got two safe driver the both stopped recording the same day.
Competitive and informative
Starting using the app at the suggestion of a friend, and now I check it a couple times a day because I’m curious how well my last drive was. It’s actually addictive - to want to drive safer. Never thought I’d say that...!
